Power To Depute Employee To Prepare Inventory Of Family:

Power to depute employee to prepare inventory of family: (1) If it appears necessary to prepare an inventory of families for the purpose of registration of personal events, the Government of Nepal may depute employees for that purpose.

(2) It shall be the duty of the concerned person to provide such details or answer such questions as asked by the employee deputed pursuant to sub-section (1).
